Sellos.ai and its subdomains (collectively ‘Sellos’ provide you access to a variety of services (collectively ‘Services’), including, but not limited to, the Sellos websites, subdomains and and all products and services available through Zip Infosolutions Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries (collectively we, our, us).

Sellos is owned and operated by M/s Zip Infosolutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. The term ‘Sellos’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘company’ refers to the owners, managers and employees of Sellos. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of Sellos’ Services.

SECURITY
We take the security of Sellos very seriously. We use reasonable practices to protect the security of your data. We always keep a lookout for security loopholes in Sellos. If you discover a vulnerability in our service, we would be grateful if you let us know immediately. To report a vulnerability, please email support@sellos.ai.

COPYRIGHT
Sellos respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us an email on support@sellos.ai with
your contact information. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing or otherwise illegal without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, Sellos will also terminate a user’s account if the user is deemed to be a repeat infringer.

DISCLAIMERS
Sellos is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Sellos disclaims all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zip Infosolutions Pvt Ltd or its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from: (A) your access to, use of, inability to access or inability to use Sellos; (B) any third-party conduct or content on Sellos, including any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of third parties; or (C) any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content.

ARBITRATION
If you become unhappy with Sellos for any reason, we’d like the opportunity to work out our differences informally. We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@sellos.ai and we’ll do our best to resolve the dispute in good faith.

JURISDICTION
The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Sellos Services. The use of Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these TERMS, including without limitation this
paragraph.

MODIFICATION
These TERMS may be modified from time to time. You agree to accept any changes or revisions to these TERMS by continuing to use Sellos.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
In order to use Sellos, your age must be at least 18 years, and, where law requires an older legal age, you should of legal age for contractual consent or older to use Sellos. Due to the age restrictions, no content or information from the Services falls within the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPA”) and is not monitored as doing so. 

LIMITED USE LICENSE
Zip Infosolutions Pvt Ltd or its subsidiaries grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Sellos in accordance with this Agreement. We reserve the right to remove your access to use Sellos at any point of time.
